Refund Policy

Returns:

Our return policy spans a duration of 30 days from the date of your order delivery. Regrettably, if 30 days have elapsed since your item was delivered, we cannot grant you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and remain in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

In order to process your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are specific instances where only partial refunds are possible (if applicable):

  • Any item returned that is not in its original condition, has been damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not attributed to our error.

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Any item returned with import tax and/or value-added tax incurred at the point of import to us.

  • Any item returned due to import failure at the buyer's destination, which entails that return shipping costs and import taxes incurred in China will be deducted from the total refundable amount. (Please note that onward shipping costs to the buyer's destination are non-refundable, as they are considered a payment to the courier.)

Refunds (if applicable):

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email to confirm the receipt of your return. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 24 business hours, and a credit will be automatically issued to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund appears.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at info@raptortacticalstore.com, and we will provide you with the necessary instructions.

Shipping:

To return your product, please contact us for shipping instructions.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Please note that the original shipping postage is considered "used postage" and is non-refundable. Refunds for returned packages will only include the cost of the product. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your total payment.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. Please be aware that we exclusively accept returns via trackable shipping services, and we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item otherwise.
